A refund of e-tickets for a VIP carriage (the "soft" category, service class 1A, 1M, or 1H) and Sapsan train negotiation room (carriage #01, seats 27 to 30, 1P service class) with the whole compartment paid, is possible only for all the tickets in the reservation.
Applying for an e-ticket refund online, a passenger accepts the mentioned conditions, confirms his or her right, capacity, and solvency and realizes the liabilities. The passenger as well acts on behalf of all the other passengers in the order, by which the latter are considered to be informed of trip cancellation.
After obtaining a boarding pass at an RZD booking office or on a self-service kiosk, the ticket may not be refunded online. The refund is possible only at RZD or FPK booking offices.
When e-tickets are refunded, a (per seat) fee is charged. If unused free of charge e-tickets issued for children under 5 years of age are refunded, the refund fee does not apply.
If an e-ticket for domestic or international routes to/from the CIS, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Estonia, or Abkhazia is returned, the service fees (including bed linen) are fully refunded.
In an order, all e-tickets are refunded except the e-ticket for which a boarding pass (travel document) was issued at a booking office or on a self-service terminal. If a passenger obtained a boarding pass, the ticket is refunded at a booking office on the presenting of the pass and an ID.
The money will be refunded via method with which the ticket was paid.
