An e-ticket for trains on domestic routes may be refunded
- no later than 8 hours before train's departure from passenger's boarding station – the passenger is refunded an amount including ticket and Platzkart price;
- less than 8 hours but no later than 2 hours before train's departure from passenger's boarding station – ticket and 50% of Platzkart;
- less than 2 hours and before train's departure from passenger's boarding station – only ticket price; the Platzkart price is not refunded.
An e-ticket for trains on international routes to/from the CIS, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Abkhazia may be refunded:
- no later than 24 hours before train's departure from passenger's boarding station – the passenger is refunded an amount including ticket and Platzkart price;
- less than 24 hours but no later than 6 hours before train's departure from passenger's boarding station – ticket and 50% of Platzkart;
- less than 6 hours and before train's departure from passenger's boarding station – only ticket price; the Platzkart price is not refunded.
An e-ticket for trains on suburban routes may be refunded
- no later than 2 hours before train's departure from passenger's boarding station – the passenger is returned a full travel document (ticket) price;
- less than 2 hours before train's departure from passenger's boarding station – 50% of travel document (ticket) price;
- after train's departure from passenger's boarding station – a travel document (ticket) is nonrefundable.
An e-ticket for trains #17/18 Moscow–Nice–Moscow, #23/24 Moscow–Paris–Moscow, #21/22 Moscow–Prague–Moscow, including the non-stop carriages Moscow–Vienna–Moscow, Moscow–Karlovy Vary–Cheb–Moscow, St Petersburg–Prague–St Petersburg, #32 Moscow–Helsinki, and high-speed Allegro trains may be refunded no later than 6 hours before train's departure from passenger's boarding station; the passenger is refunded an amount including ticket and Platzkart price.
Please note: in order to resolve complaints on non-arrival of funds returned on the credit/debit card for an unused ticket, you need to contact your issuing bank in written.
