An unused e-ticket with electronic check-in for domestic routes is refunded:
- After ticket return within 20 minutes to 3 hours of train's departure from the passenger's boarding station on condition that the ID specified in the e-ticket is shown at the booking office.
- In the order of incoming claims:
- less than 1 hour before train's departure from the starting point and no more than 20 minutes after train's departure from passenger's boarding station;
- more than 3 hours after train's departure from passenger's boarding station but no later than 12 hours after train's departure from passenger's boarding station;
- if an authorized person returned the e-ticket by presenting a power of attorney;
- in other cases provided by the regulatory documents.
Important: An e-ticket with electronic check-in for domestic routes is refunded at the booking office at passenger's written request under the carrier's regulations if it was returned less than 1 hour after train's departure from the starting point.
