The section “My Agent” includes the following subsections:
- my orders;
- customer information;
- passenger information;
- account settings.
Let’s have a deeper look into each subsection.
Subsection “My orders”
It contains information on all the tickets which were booked, paid, issued or canceled by the agent.
By clicking on any ticket from the list, you will be able to see its details:
- booking number;
- e-ticket number;
- status of order (“booked,” “paid and issued,” “canceled,” etc.);
- airline – the ticket owner;
- ticket price;
- itinerary;
- departure, arrival, and connection airports;
- connection time and total duration of trip;
- list of ancillary services, if ordered;
- passenger information.
Any e-ticket from the list may be printed out or saved as a .pdf file.
“Edit order” subsection
On the page with ticket details, the “Edit order” subsection is located.
You may file therein queries to the Customer Support for flight ticket change :
- change of passenger information;
- change of passport details;
- change of date/itinerary;
- adding of visa details;
- flight ticket refund.
Upon receiving of your query with all the required information, a Customer Support operator will contact you and inform you of conditions, terms, and price of flight ticket changes.
“Customer information” subsection
It contains a brief information on the Agent (the Customer).
“Passenger information” subsection
It contains contact details of all the passengers for whom the Agent issued flight tickets. If a passenger contacts you again, you don’t have to enter their information for the second time, just use their account from the “Passenger information subsection.”
“Account settings” subsection
In this subsection, you may change point of sale password to access the Ctn.ttnbtm.com booking system.
