To start booking and paying for tickets on Ctn.ttnbtm.com, you should create a point of sale in the Partner system. Point of sale is agency’s access to the system (login and password) for services reservations and payments.

We send the Partner system access information in an email upon signing of the Agent Agreement and receiving from you all the required documents.

Create a point of sale

To create a point of sale, please:

1. Log into the Partner system by using the link which was emailed to you.
2. Enter login and password in the login form.
3. In the left-side menu, select the section “Points of sale.”
4. In the upper right section, press the link “Add.”
5. A create point of sale window will appear on the screen. You should fill in all the fields:
   • email: the point of sale email. It will be your login for entering the Ctn.ttnbtm.com site. Please use only relevant email addresses to which you have access;
   • password: it will be your password for logging into the Ctn.ttnbtm.com site. A safe password must contain no less than 8 characters, including digits and uppercase letters;
   • full name: the name of agent or authorized employee of the point of sale;
   • address: point of sale address;
   • telephone: point of sale contact telephone.
6. Fill in the fields of the section “Password enter statistics.” This option is used to protect your account from unauthorized access:
   • in the field “Permissible number,” enter the maximum number of successive enter password attempts after which the access to the system will be automatically blocked*;
   • in the field “Block until,” enter the date until which the system will be blocked.
7. Once all the information is entered, press the button “Save,” above the enter data fields of the point of sale. The point of sale has been successfully created.

*you may unblock access to the point of sale at any time via the Partner system.

Point of sale creation for several users

The system allows creating an unlimited number of points of sale, with unique logins and passwords.

Please note! If several employees are booking tickets in the Ctn.ttnbtm.com system from different computers at the same time, we recommend to create a separate point of sale for each of them, with different logins and passwords. In the event of simultaneous authorization of two or more users with the same login and password, the system may function incorrectly.

Log into the Ctn.ttnbtm.com site

• go to the Ctn.ttnbtm.com site;
• click on “My agent,” in the upper part of the page;
• in the login form, enter login and password which you established during point of sale creation;
• press the button “Enter the site.”

Congratulations! You have successfully logged into the Ctn.ttnbtm.com booking system and may proceed to flight tickets reservation.
