There are a number of limits on import, export, and carriage of plants, raw plant materials, and plant products on the plane. We recommend you to contact the consulate or food safety authority of the passenger's departure, transit, and destination countries for the list of required documents.

If a passenger plans to transport plants, seeds, sprouts, raw plant materials, and the like, you must inform our Customer Support after booking but before paying for the ticket. We will contact the airline company and make sure whether it is possible on passenger's flight.
