During ticket purchase, details of the document, which is going to be used as ID during travel, must be entered in respective fields of the booking form.
The information, specified in the booking, must fully correspond to the details of the document to be shown during boarding.
To travel around the Russian Federation (including Kaliningrad Oblast with transit through other countries), Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Abkhazia, Ukraine, Cyrillic characters may be used when entering data.
During purchase of tickets from or to other countries, Latin characters must be used.
Attention! Characters
‘№’,
‘/’,
space, and
hyphen should not be entered.
Documents which may be used as ID (with examples of data entries):
- birth certificate of Russian citizen – only for children under 14 years of age.
To enter Roman numbers, use upper case letters of the Latin alphabet X, I, V; then enter Latin characters without spaces (e.g.: XVБЮ123456); - internal passport of Russian citizen (e.g.: 2345123456);
- international passport of Russian citizen (e.g.: 601522106);
- foreign document – a document issued for citizens of the CIS, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Estonia, and other foreign countries (e.g.: ВМ0472680);
- military ID (e.g.: АМ0804521);
- seafarer’s ID (e.g.: АБ0310989).
