To book a railway ticket with departure from Finland:
- Enter the departure and destination points;
- Select date of travel, time and number of passengers;
- Press the button "Search", and the system will output all the trains meeting for the given parameters;
- Choose the right train and click the "Check availability of seats" button;
- Select the seats, then enter the personal data of all passengers;
- Select the check-in (electronic or without electronic registration);
- Pay for the ticket. The final cost of the ticket will be indicated on the payment page.
The peculiarities of ordering:- The Finnish booking system automatically determines the range of seats, so the numbers of seats in the order may differ from those which you indicated during the reservation.
- If there is a child ticket in your order, the system will automatically change the carriage and seat number which you have chosen.
- While buying tickets for a mixed type of compartment in the control coupon, the compartment type is indicated by the first passenger. Thus, on a properly issued control coupon there should be a mark "male" or "female".
Upon payment, a control coupon and boarding (if you selected electronic check-in) pass will be emailed to you. From that moment on, the seat will be allocated to you.
Attention! Change of the registration type/ticket refund for the trains from Finland takes place only according to the type of the ticket (under the Standard or Cincessionary fare). You can return or change the tickets of a certain type only all together in one order.
