You may obtain a boarding pass at a booking office or on a self-service kiosk on the territory of Russian Federation. Booking offices' working hours are available

A boarding pass for a train on an international route may be obtained at an international booking office on the territory of the Russian Federation; for Russia–Finland–Russia trains, additionally, on the self-service kiosks. For the list of self-service kiosks and terminals, please refer

Boarding passes (travel documents) are issued on the presentation of a control coupon or (14-digit) e-ticket/order number. A boarding pass is given to one of the passengers on the presentation of his or her ID specified in the e-ticket or to a surety on the presentation of a power of attorney or notarized copy thereof. The power of attorney or its notarized copy must handed over to a booking office cashier.
At a booking office, you may obtain boarding passes (travel documents) for the whole order or for separate tickets thereof.
To issue a ticket on a self-service kiosk, you will need:
- passport number of one of the passengers and
- order number.
On a self-service kiosk, boarding passes (travel documents) are issued for the whole order. With the Finland–Russia e-tickets issued for several passengers in a single order, one travel document is printed out and it contains only the first passenger's information.
Self-service kiosks don't support issuance of travel documents for the following trains: #9/10 Moscow–Warsaw–Moscow including non-stop carriages Moscow–Budapest–Moscow, Moscow–Sofia–Moscow, #17/18 Moscow–Nice–Moscow, #21/22 Moscow–Prague–Moscow, Moscow–Vienna–Moscow, Moscow–Karlovy Vary–Cheb–Moscow, St Petersburg–Prague–St Petersburg, St Petersburg–Vienna–St Petersburg, # 23/24 Moscow–Paris–Moscow.
Passenger information may not be changed during boarding pass issuance at a booking office or on a self-service kiosk.
