- You may board a train on a domestic route by presenting a boarding pass and ID which was specified during reservation; a passenger under 14 years of age may board on the presentation of a notarized birth certificate copy.
- Trains bound for/arriving from the CIS, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Estonia, and Abkhazia are boarded on the presentation of a boarding pass and ID which was specified during reservation.
- To board a train on international route, you need to present a travel document and ID which was specified during ticket issuance.
- If passenger's full name and ID number don't coincide with those specified in the e-ticket, the passenger is denied boarding.
- E-tickets may not be handed over to other persons and are valid only on the presentation of a passenger's ID. E-tickets are not resalable.
Under the Complex Program for the Provision of Public Security, screening procedures are carried out on trains and railway stations; therefore, you must arrive at a station in advance.
