On trains #17/18 Moscow–Nice–Moscow, #23/24 Moscow–Paris–Moscow, #21/22 Moscow–Prague–Moscow, including non-stop carriages Moscow–Vienna–Moscow, Moscow–Karlovy Vary–Cheb–Moscow, and St Petersburg–Prague–St Petersburg,
- a passenger with a standard fare ticket may carry for free one child under 4 years of age if the latter doesn't occupy a separate seat. The child must be issued a free of charge e-ticket without a separate seat in the same order with a standard fare ticket, or such ticket must be obtained at a booking office by presenting the electronic travel document paid under the standard fare;
- you may book an e-ticket for a child under 4 years with a seat provided under the child fare in the same order with a standard fare ticket;
- a child between 4 and 12 years must be issued a ticket with a separate seat paid under the child fare in the same order with the standard fare ticket;
- children of 12 years and over are issued e-tickets under the standard fare.
For international or domestic trips with children under 18 years of age which include transit through CIS countries, a passenger must have on him or her all the documents required to cross the border, including a notarized child travel consent of parents (custodians or guardians) which permits crossing the Russian Federation border.
