When booking flights with connection pay attention to the flights with the Guaranteed Connection mark. If you miss connection flight because of a previous delay, cancellation or reschedule, we will offer you an alternative flight or refund the cost of your unused ticket*. We will also provide the transport in case of departs from/arrives at another airport, food - if the delay is more than 4 hours, and hotel - if the delay is more than 8 hours.
Inform our Customer Care Service as soon as you're aware of your flight delay, cancelation or reschedule.
Please note! We recommend to read the terms of baggage carriage when purchasing flight ticket. In some cases, you must receive your baggage in the connection airport and check it in for the next flight.
*if there are less than 48 hours until departure.
If there are more than 48 hours until departure, we will choose to make a refund or to offer you alternative flight.
