Involuntary changes are
the changes caused by the event beyond the passenger's control: cancellation or delay of flight, no seats available,
emergency landing, change of aircraft, sickness of passenger, etc.
If
the airline company can not operate the flight indicated in the ticket,
it must offer another flight to the passenger or refund the ticket in
case that the passenger can not accept new flight.
If the
reason for passenger's flight cancellation is sickness, decline of visa
issuance, please apply refund request. This
option is available in
“My Agent”.
